This ladoo healthy for kids ,pregnant women &elderly person. It have high protein &vitamins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup almonds
  2. 1/2cup cashew
  3. 1 cup deseed dates
  4. 1/2ltr cream milk
  5. BUTTER 1TBSP
  6. 10 appricot (optional)
  7. Fresh grated coconut

Instructions

  1. 1st boil milk for 8 minutes in medium flame
  2. Add dates &stir it for 5 minutes
  3. Cool this mixture add almonds cashew &appricot
  4. After cool grind mixture
  5. Grease hand with butter take a portion of mixture and give round shape
  6. Cover with coconut
  7. Your Nutties ladoo is ready
