Easy and Healthy Baked Fish

Ingredients to make Easy and Healthy Baked Fish

  • Fish Fillet- 4-5 nos
  • Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- as required
  • Lemon juice / Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic ( crashed)- 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain / Carrom Seeds (slightly crushed)- 1 tbsp

How to make Easy and Healthy Baked Fish

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash the fish fillet and pat dry this using a kitchen towel.
  3. Mix ajwain, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, lemon juice/apple cider vinegar, oil, garlic and salt to a paste using little water. Rub the fish all over with this paste and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 mins covered and 10 mins uncovered.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
