ABOUT Jaape ke laddu (Ayurvedic laddu) RECIPE

Jaape ke laddu is a ayurvedic combination to build stamina in the newly mother and to get back in shape. Laddu is served with hot milk .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Kamarkas gond 1/4 cup
  3. Beej band 1/4 cup
  4. Supari powder 2 tbsp
  5. Sonth powder 2 tbsp
  6. Jaifal powder 1 tbsp
  7. Almond 8-10 crushed
  8. Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
  9. Black pepper 8-10 crushed
  10. Ghee 1/2 kg
  11. Sugar powder(Bura) 2 cup

Instructions

  1. On medium flame in a wok heat half of ghee.
  2. Roast kamarkas gond , beejband, for 1 minute and take out in a dish.
  3. Now in the same wok add remaining ghee and roast wheat flour on low flame for 10-15 minutes or till it becomes golden in colour.
  4. Add chopped almond, crushed black pepper, superi powder. Jaifal powder,sonth powder, coconut and mix it. Off the flame.
  5. After 3-5 minutes add sugar powder and kamarkas gond, beejband and mix laddu mixture very well.
  6. Now bind medium sized laddus from the mixture
  7. Serve these laddus to peurperal women with hot milk.
