Fried Chicken

Ingredients to make Fried Chicken

  • 6 pcs chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch red food colour
  • 4 tbs maida
  • 4 tbs cornflour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1 tbs garlic paste
  • 1 tbs ginger paste
  • salt to taste

How to make Fried Chicken

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken in this for at least 3 hours.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Serve with lemon wedges and onion rings.
My Tip: The longer the marination time the better the chicken tastes.
