- Beef Mince – 200 g, boiled
- Onion – 1, finely diced
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 tablespoon
- A handful of coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon (plus more if you prefer spicy food)
- Oil – 5 tablespoons for frying
- Egg – 1, roughly beaten
- Bread Crumbs – 150 g
- Salt, to taste
