ABOUT Eggless Chocolate Cake RECIPE

A perfect recipe to bake for the Christmas and New Year party!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  3. 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1 cup Milk cream (malai)
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar
  7. 1/2 cup dark chocolate compound shaving
  8. 1.5 cups Milk
  9. 1 teaspoon butter ( for greasing)
  10. 1 teaspoon flour (for dusting baking tin)
  11. Cherries (for garnishing)
  12. 1 teaspoon icing sugar ( for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Mix milk cream and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add flour mix to cream and sugar mix.
  4. Add milk to it. Mix well but do not overmix.
  5. Grease a baking tin with butter and dust with flour.
  6. Add 1/3rd of batter to it .Add 1/2 of chocolate shavings.
  7. Add another 1/3rd of batter above chocolate shavings. Add remaining chocolate shavings. Now, add remaining batter over it.
  8. Bake @180 °C for 30 minutes.
  9. Garnish with cherries and icing sugar.
