Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mixed veggies 3 cups
  2. Roasted chana 1 cup
  3. Boiled potatoes 3 no. s
  4. Wooden skewers
  5. Salt
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  8. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1.5 tsp
  11. Fresh green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. CHOP 3 CUPS OF MIXED VEGGIES
  2. CHOP ONE ONION
  3. BOIL 3 POTATOES
  4. TAKE ONE CUP OF ROASTED CHANA
  5. PUT ROASTED CHANA IN A GRINDER
  6. DRY GRIND IT TO A POWDER(IF ROASTED CHANA IS NOT AVAILABLE THEN ROASTED GRAMFLOUR/BESAN CAN BE USED)
  7. PUT A KADHAI ON MEDIUM FLAME AND HEAT 1 TBSP OF OIL
  8. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  9. SAUTE ONIONS TILL PINK IN COLOUR AND ADD ONE TSP OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  10. ADD THE CHOPPED MIXED VEGGIES
  11. ADD ONE TSP OF SALT TO THE VEGGIES
  12. COVER THE VEGGIES TO COOK TILL TENDER
  13. WHEN THE VEGGIES ARE COOKED KEEP ASIDE TO LET THEM COOL
  14. TRANSFER COOLED VEGGIES TO A MIXER
  15. GRIND COOKED VEGGIES INTO A PASTE. (DON'T ADD WATER)
  16. 1.5 TEASPOON SALT
  17. 1 TEASPOON DRY CORIANDER POWDER
  18. 1.5 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA POWDER
  19. 1 TEASPOON CHAAT MASALA
  20. 1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
  21. 1 TEASPOON ROASTED CUMIN (JEERA) POWDER
  22. ADD ALL THE DRY MASALAS TO THE VEGGIE PASTE
  23. ADD THE BOILED POTATOES
  24. MASH THE BOILED POTATOES
  25. ADD ONE CUP OF ROASTED CHANA POWDER
  26. ADD CHOPPED FRESH GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES
  27. MIX EVERYTHING
  28. MIXED VEGGIES KEBAB PASTE IS READY
  29. APPLY OIL ON YOUR PALM, TAKE A WOODEN SKEWER AND SHAPE PASTE INTO A CYLINDRICAL SHAPE KEBAB
  30. PREPARE ALL VEGETABLE KEBABS LIKE THIS ON THE SKEWERS.
  31. HEAT A TAWA. APPLY OIL ON IT.
  32. PLACE KEBABS ON IT
  33. APPLY OIL ON THE KEBABS ON TAVA
  34. ROAST KEBABS FROM ALL SIDES TILL CRISPY BROWN
  35. SERVE HOT KEBABS WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND TOMATO KETCHUP
