ABOUT MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

Microwave mug cake is a quick and delicious cake that is made more tasty with the addition of almond flour in this recipe. Do try out this mug cake when you get those sudden hunger pangs.

Ingredients Serving: 1

3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp maida
1 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp oil
3 to 4 tbsp milk
¼ tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Take sugar in a mixer jar and grind to a powder.
Take all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, almond flour, baking soda and cocoa flour in a microwave safe mug and mix well.
Add milk, oil and vanilla essence and stir well.
Place the mug inside a microwave oven and microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
Serve as it is or invert into a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
