ABOUT Achari aloo til puri RECIPE

This is fried in safola oil but can be fried in canola oil easily, a perfect snack for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. oil for frying
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Achari Masala 1 tea spoon
  5. Sesame seeds (til) 1 table spoon
  6. Grated boiled potato 1 cup
  7. Ajwain 1 tea spoon
  8. Sugar 1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and make a poori like dough. Make small balls and roll with rolling pin
  2. Heat oil and fry these pooris in hot to medium oil.
  3. Serve with sabji [curry] of your choice
  4. Mine platter consists gobhi aloo matar and potato with sesame seeds
