Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dhal : 1/2 cup
  2. Jaggery syrup:1/2 cup
  3. Milk : 2 cups
  4. Cardamom powder:1 spoon
  5. Cashews, kismis: as required
  6. Ghee: 2-3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fry moong dhal.
  2. Blend it to a fine powder.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee and fry powdered moong dhal for sometime.
  4. Add milk and cook till dhal turns soft.
  5. Now add jaggery syrup.
  6. Cook until ghee comes to the corner.
  7. Add cardamom powder, cashew and Kismis at the end .
