ABOUT Mixed Veg Raita(No cook) RECIPE

This is a simple and easy raita made with veggies, a perfect accompaniment for pulaos and biryanis.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion 1/2 medium size
  2. Tomato deseeded 1 small
  3. Peeled cucumber 1/4
  4. Peeled Carrot 1/4
  5. Deseeded green chilli 1/2
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. 1 cup thick curd
  8. 1/4 tsp black salt
  9. 1/4 tap red chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP THICK CURD
  2. USE 1/2 ONION, DESEEDED TOMATO AND 1/2 GREEN CHILLI, PEELED 1/4 CUCUMBER AND 1/4 CARROT
  3. TAKE 1/4 TSP BLACK SALT, RED CHILLI AND CUMIN POWDER
  4. FINELY CHOP VEGETABLES
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT AND PINCH OF RED CHILLI POWDER. MIX WELL
  6. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  7. ADD CURD
  8. MIX WELL
  9. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, RED CHILLI POWDER AND CUMIN POWDER
