Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm fress green peas.(lila vatana)
  2. 250 gm palak
  3. 100 gm fress coriander leaves
  4. 25 gm mint leaves
  5. 25 gm green garlic
  6. 2tbs Almond powder
  7. 2 tbs cashew nut powder
  8. 1 tbs chilly , ginger and garlic paste
  9. 1/2 ts dry mango powder
  10. 10/13 cashew
  11. 2/3boiled potatoes
  12. 1cup fresh bread crumbs
  13. 2tbs corn flour
  14. chaat masala for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. take pot and par boil green peas, par boil palak,coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  2. drain it and churn it in mixture, take a pan, heat 1 tsp ghee add ginger and garlic paste and saute it,add mixture of vegetable paste,mix it switch off the flame.
  3. add created potato,bread crumbs and add corn flour, add green garlic paste,salt and dry mango powder,mix it make it in tikki shape fry in hot oil till brown and crispy,
  4. sprinkle chaat masala.
