Fruit Honey Magic Roll

Ingredients to make Fruit Honey Magic Roll

  • Wheat flour 50 gms
  • Jaggery 25 gms
  • Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 5
  • Carrot 25 gms
  • Raisins 5
  • Apple 1
  • Honey 50 gms
  • Khoya 50 gms
  • Water as required
  • Coconut, chopped 25 gms
  • Tutti fruity for garnish

How to make Fruit Honey Magic Roll

  1. Sieve wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Take some jaggery with some water in another bowl and mix it well.
  3. Put sieved wheat flour in this jaggery liquid and make a batter.
  4. On an iron griddle put some oil and let it heat up slightly.
  5. Pour the batter over the griddle and make thin roundels. Cook on both sides on a low flame.
  6. Put khoya, caramelized fruit over it and make a roll and turn off the flame.
  7. After stuffing it, cut it into desired shapes.
  8. For the stuffing: In a pan put some honey, grated carrot, chopped apple and saute for about 2 minutes. Add in all the dry fruits and saute for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame. Keep aside in a bowl, after cooling use it to stuff the rolls.
