Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Home made sponge-250 gm
  2. Whipped Cream- 200 gm.
  3. Preserved mix fruits- 200 gm.
  4. Preserved gelly- 100 gm.
  5. Chocochips- 50 gm.
  6. Different food color- As per cream designing
  7. Rose Essence- 1 tspn.
  8. Sugar syrup -2 tbspn.

Instructions

  1. Take Home made cake sponge or Britannia fruit cake.
  2. Take glass bowl Crush the sponge and put sugar syrup on it.
  3. Spread fluffy whipped cream with mix the rose essence. Put preserved mix fruit on it.
  4. Then again put cake sponge piece and sugar syrup. Then spread same rose flavour whipped cream and put preserved yummy jelly on it.
  5. Repeat the matter and put choco chip on top .
  6. Take colour full cream and design with cream flowers for awesome presentation. Keep home made chocolate with it.
  7. Keep in fridge for one hour.
  8. Yummy preserved fruit exotica pudding is ready to eat.
