Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gm Flour
  2. 100 gm Caster Sugar
  3. 6 tbsp Butter
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 1 tsp Vanila Essence
  6. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  7. 6 tbsp Chocoflakes

Instructions

  1. Bring in butter, sugar, eggs together and beat until fluffy.
  2. Add in flour, vanilla essence, baking powder and mix gently.
  3. Add in the chocoflakes and fold into the dough.
  4. Spoon the batter into appropriate moulds and bake @ 180 deg C for 25 mins.
