Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1cup black gram /urad dal flour
  2. 1/4 cup milk
  3. 1/4 cup ghee
  4. 1 cup ghee for saute
  5. 1/2 cup goondar/ edible gum
  6. 1/4 th nutmeg
  7. 3tbsp ganthoda powder
  8. 3thsp ginger powder
  9. 1/2 cup pistachio chooped
  10. 1/2 cup almond shredded
  11. 3 tbsp more ghee for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1/4 TH NUTMEG
  2. KEEP A SIDE
  3. IN BOWL TAKE 1 CUP BLACK GRAM FLOR(URAD DAL FLOUR)
  4. 1/4 CUP MILK
  5. 1/4 CUP GHEE
  6. MIX
  7. SIEVE
  8. 1 CUP GHEE
  9. 1/2 CUP GOONDAR/GOUND/ EDIBLE GUM
  10. WHEN IT FRY KEEP A SIDE
  11. URAD DAL/ BLACK GRAM FLOUR
  12. SAUTE
  13. CRUSH THE GOONDAR
  14. SAUTE TILL ITS BECAME BROWN
  15. WHEN GHEE RELIES .. ADD GOONDAR
  16. MIX AND SAUTE
  17. WHEN ITS RELIES GHEE KEEP A SIDE
  18. 1/2 CUP COCONUT POWDER
  19. NUTMEG POWDER,3 TBSP GANTHODA POWDER
  20. 3TBSP (SOOTH) GINGER POWDER AND MIX
  21. 2 TBSP PISTACHIOS
  22. 3 TBSP ALMOND SHREDDED AND MIX
  23. REST 5 MINUTES AND ADD 1 CUP POWDER SUGAR
  24. MIX
  25. SET IN PLATE
  26. GARNISH WITH ALMOND AND PISTACHIOS
  27. ADD 3 TBSP GHEE AND SET
  28. COOL DOWN FOR 4 HOURS THEN CUT IN SQUARE
