Yolk Bhabhra

Ingredients to make Yolk Bhabhra

  • egg 1
  • eggs, boiled 2
  • mustard oil 200 ml
  • pepper and salt as required
  • onion 2 (chopped)
  • lemon 1
  • parsley 20 gms
  • Green chilli 2

How to make Yolk Bhabhra

  1. Cut half boiled egg. Take out the yolk from the egg.
  2. In yolk mix chopped onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and little mustard oil.
  3. Mix it up and fill over in the yolk space, then put a fry pan over the heat, add some oil in pan and heat it.
  4. Beat one egg and keep aside. Saute the boiled eggs on the pan for a few minutes. Pour the beaten egg on top. Both the boiled eggs should get covered with the egg omelette.
  5. Serve hot with choice of sauce.
