Cauliflower Mewara

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Mewara

  • cauliflower 200 gms (cut in a small size)
  • ghee 100 gms
  • sugar as per taste
  • Choti elaichi powder 5 gms
  • Dry fruits: Cashewnut, Almonds, pistachio (All finely chopped)
  • kesar - a pinch
  • milk 750 ml

How to make Cauliflower Mewara

  1. Cut the Cauliflower in small sizes. Boil it for 2 - 3 minutes. Then strain it.
  2. Fry in ghee till it gets a light brown colour.
  3. Boil the milk with dry fruits for 10 or 15 minutes. Mix the fried cauliflower in this milk and keep stiring and cook on a low flame.
  4. When it thickens, add sugar and choti elaichi powder and mix well, turn off the flame.
  5. Cool and serve, garnish with dry fruits

My Tip:

cook at low flame stiring regular way don't over fry- light brown in colour sugar mix as your taste
