Ingredients to make Gondhoraaj Ghol

  • 350 - 400 ml yogurt or curd
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 400 ml ice cold water
  • Juice of 1 gondhoraaj lime
  • Zest of 1 gondhoraaj lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt

How to make Gondhoraaj Ghol

  1. Take the curd/yogurt, sugar, lime juice, zest of the lime, water and black salt together in the blender and blend well.
  2. Pour it into glasses and top with some more Gondhoraaj lime zest.
  3. Serve chilled.
