This recipe is very easy to make and whenever you have left over rice then you can turn this in a deliciois snack like this. So now let's see the recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Rice - 2/3 cup
  2. Besan 1/4 cup
  3. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  7. Chopped green chillies 2
  8. Water 1 tsp
  9. Boiled small size potato - 3
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a bowl and add leftover rice, besan(gram flour) green chillies, onion, salt and 1 tbsp water( if required) in it and mix them well with hands
  2. It should be binded properly. Try to make a ball with this mixture , if you are able make round balls properly then mixture is ready
  3. Now prepare balls of the mixture
  4. Now heat sufficient oil in a wok and let it heat. oil should be medium hot. It should neither be very cold nor very hot.
  5. When oil is medium hot then add rice balls in it and cook them on medium flame until it becomes golden brown .
  6. When rice balls are cooked properly then take them out on a tissue paper to absorb extra oil from rice balls
  7. Now serve delicious, crispy and golden brown rice balls with green chutney or tomato ketchup or any sauce of your choice:blush:
