Marie biscuit Pinwheels (No Cook)

Ingredients to make Marie biscuit Pinwheels (No Cook)

  • Marie biscuit - 1 packet
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar - 8 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 3 tbsp

How to make Marie biscuit Pinwheels (No Cook)

  1. Powder the Marie biscuits in a mixer and sieve them.
  2. Mix in cocoa powder and 3 tbsp sugar to the marie biscuit powder and add milk to form a dough.
  3. Mix cream, butter and sugar in a bowl for filling and keep aside.
  4. Roll the dough to a thick rectangle. Spread the filling evenly. Leave some space at the edge.
  5. Roll from one end to form a log shape. Roll it tightly and fix the cracks if any while rolling.
  6. Cover the log in butter paper or aluminium foil and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  7. Cut into 1 inch pinwheels and serve.
