Ever required to host guests or a get together at a short notice and you wish to serve cake...this is a perfect recipe:relaxed:️ Also you are saved from slicing the pastry and serving them in dessert plate, your guests ( specially kids) can have the cake in the mugs itself without sharing it with anyone( kids do not like sharing their choice of desserts):wink:

Ingredients Serving: 1

Refined flour 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar 3tbsp
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of baking powder
2 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together in the coffee mug nicely.
Add oil and milk to the dry mixture.
Whisk, whisk , whisk.
Mix really well.
Add chunks/pieces of milk chocolate and dip them inside the mixture. ( Optional)
Clean the sides of the cup on the upper side.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at high power.
Your cake is ready. :yum:
