ABOUT Butter scotch pudding RECIPE

This is a yummy dessert for holiday party. No bake, no cook instant pudding.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 20 marie biscuits
  2. 40 gm amul butter
  3. 150 gm condensed milk
  4. 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  5. 100 ml whipped cream
  6. few drops butter scotch essence
  7. 1/2 c mix nuts
  8. 2 tbsp butter scotch nuts
  9. 1 tbsp Butter
  10. 1/2 c sugar
  11. 1 tbsp chocolate syrup ( optional)

Instructions

  1. First crush the biscuits n melt the butter.
  2. mix both n make a base in a glass rectangle dish.
  3. freeze it for 30 minutes.
  4. whip the cream till its soft peak.
  5. now add cream cheese n milkmaid n whip again.
  6. add essence n mix.
  7. for butter scotch crunch caramalize sugar.
  8. switch off the flame n mix butter, nuts n butterscotch nuts.
  9. spread on a grease plate.
  10. when its cool down break it into pieces.
  11. now take out pan from freeze n pour whipped cream.
  12. put some chocolate syrup n give pattern of ur choice.(optional)
  13. decorate with butterscotch crunch.
  14. now add butter , nuts and butter scotch nuts.
