Red Velvet Zebra Cake

Ingredients to make Red Velvet Zebra Cake

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 100 gms butter
  • 3 tbspn vanilla custard powder
  • 200 ml Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbspn sugar
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1/2 tspn baking soda
  • 2 tb spn Coco powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tspn vinegar
  • 1 tspn Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspn red food colour

How to make Red Velvet Zebra Cake

  1. Take dry ingredients and sift it nicely
  2. Beat butter and condensed milk nicely
  3. Add vanilla essence
  4. Add vinegar to the milk and leave it for 10 min
  5. Add dry ingredients in batches to the butter and condensed milk batter
  6. Add milk mixture to it and fold it with spatula.
  7. Adjust the consistency
  8. Now divide the batter in to two
  9. Now add red food colour into one portion
  10. Also add Coco powder to that batter
  11. Now fold it nicely
  12. Now pour the vanilla batter
  13. Now add the red velvet batter
  14. Reapeat the steps
  15. Now make design with toothpick
  16. Bake it for 35 mins at 180 degree celcius in a Preheat oven
  17. Your cake is ready

My Tip:

You can omit red food colour
