Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Green onion chopped half tblspn
  3. Oil half cup
  4. Carrom seeds 1 tspn
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Black paper pwdr half tspn
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl nd add wheat flour oil carrom seeds black paper pwdr green onion salt nd make a hard dough with the help of water leave it for 15 mnt.
  2. now put a pan on the gas nd pour oil for frying.
  3. Now cut small ball from the dough nd make small pooris. do small cuts from the folk on every pooris .
  4. Now deep fry all the pooris on slow flame till light brown color.
  5. When matharis will be cool put in a jar. Enjoy this mathari with tea.
