Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For cooking Cauliflower
  2. Cauliflower 1 medium flower
  3. Salt
  4. Turmeric
  5. For masala paste
  6. 1 chopped onion
  7. 2 Chopped tomatoes
  8. 7 cashews
  9. 6 garlic cloves
  10. Ginger 1 inch
  11. For gravy
  12. Butter or oil 1 tbsp
  13. 1 chopped onion
  14. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  15. 1/4 cup green peas
  16. 1/4 cup khoya
  17. Coriander leaves
  18. 1 tsp Salt
  19. 1 tsp garam masala
  20. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  21. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 1 tsp fennel seeds powder
  23. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  24. Kasuri Methi

Instructions

  1. BOIL WATER.ADD TURMERIC AND SALT.COOK GOBI FOR 5 MINUTES.SET ASIDE
  2. MAKE A PASTE WITH 1 CHOPPED ONION, 2 TOMATOES, 7 CASHEWS, 8 GARLIC AND 1 INCH GINGER
  3. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER OR OIL IN KADAI.ADD CHOPPED ONION
  4. SAUTE ONION TILL IT TURNS TO TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND 1/2 CUP GREEN PEAS
  6. ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE. SAUTE TILL THE MASALA PASTE LOSES ITS RAW SMELL
  7. TAKE 1 TSP SALT, GARAM MASALA, FENNEL, CORIANDER, RED CHILLI POWDER AND 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  8. ADD SPICES AND SALT
  9. ADD 1/4 CUP KHOYA. MIX WELL
  10. ADD COOKED CAULIFLOWER
  11. ADD 1 CUP WATER
  12. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. CLOSE WITH A LID AND COOK ON LOW FLAME TILL BUTTER SEPARATES FROM MASALA
