Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. 100 gm fresh methi
  3. 1 bowl peas
  4. 1 bowl tomato puree
  5. 1 pinch heeng
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp turmeric
  8. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  9. 2 spoon cream
  10. Oil as used
  11. For garnish coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes.
  2. Wash methi
  3. Grind both .
  4. Methi tomatoes puree is ready
  5. Heat the cooker add ghee and heeng now add tomatoes mixture
  6. Add all spices.
  7. Add peas and saute for 10 mn till color change.
  8. Add paneer now.add cream also
  9. Add water and take vissel .
  10. Ready to eat methi matar paneer.
