ABOUT Healthy Jaggery Laddu's RECIPE

Using my secret ingredient of adding three type of atta's i made this healthy Jaggery laddu's, must try, good to have in winters.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ghee 1/2 cup
  2. Almonds handful chopped
  3. Cashewnuts handful chopped
  4. Raisins handful chopped
  5. Dates few without seeds
  6. Sesame seeds 50gms
  7. Flex seeds 50gms
  8. Walnut 50gms
  9. Coconut powder 2 tablespoon
  10. Oat's bran atta 200gms
  11. Ragi atta 200gms
  12. Patanjali atta 200gms
  13. Jaggery according to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast all the atta's (flour)together for atleast 15 minutes on sim flame
  2. When it turns brown, add seeds and nuts, roast for few minutes (approximately 5 minutes)
  3. Now add all the left over ingredients to it along with the jaggery
  4. Mix well,stir for 5 minutes more, make laddu's and serve well
