ABOUT Maggi Bhel Puri..... RECIPE

A yummy alternative to the famous streetfood of Mumbai. Crunchy maggi toasted and added to the regular bhel ingredients lends it a distinct appeal and flavour too. Gorgeous looking maggi bhel puri is a must try recipe friends. Try it for a change and you will just love it's crunchy appeal.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maggi masala packets 2
  2. Puffed rice 4 cups
  3. Cucumbers chopped 2
  4. Tomatoes chopped 2
  5. Onions chopped 2
  6. Green chillies chopped 3
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4th cup
  8. Tamarind dates chutney 3 tbsp
  9. Water 1/2 cup
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  12. Sev 1 cup
  13. Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Roast maggi on a pan slightly just to give it a flavour.
  2. Mix the dates and tamarind chutney with water.
  3. Add the puffed rice and the chopped veggies to a bowl.
  4. Now add peanuts and sev.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala on top.
  6. Top up with the dates tamarind chutney water.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Squeeze some lemon juice as well.
  9. Toss all this well and serve immediately.
