ABOUT Chilly paneer RECIPE

Usually we don't have use chaat masala in any Chinese recipe but in this recipe i use chaat masala as my secret ingredient.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer-250gm
  2. Cournflour- 3tablespoons
  3. Chaat masala- 1/2teaspoon
  4. Red Orange food colour-2 drops
  5. Oil- 2tablespoons
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cabbage- 1/2cup chopped
  8. Ginger garlic paste -2tablespoons
  9. Capsicum- 1 length wise chopped
  10. Onion- 3 length wise chopped
  11. Red chilly sauce- 2tablespoons
  12. Soya sauce- 1tablespoons
  13. Vinegar- 2teaspoon
  14. Tomato sauce- 1tablespoons
  15. Sea salt-1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Take cournflour, red Orange colour, Salt,chaat masala in a bowl and make a thik batter with water.
  2. Add paneer cubes in to the batter.
  3. Now deep fry them.
  4. Heat oil in a wok add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
  5. Now add onion,Cabbage, Capsicum together and saute them till cook partially.
  6. Now add fry paneer cubes.
  7. Now add all sauces and vinegar together.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Now add 1 tablespoons of remaining cournflour batter.
  10. Add just 1/2tablespoons of water and cook for 2 minutes on slow flam.
