Kheema dosa or kari dosai is a famous dish in the southern districts of Tamilnadu.A few restaurants are identified by this signature dish . They serve a huge disa and one cannot finish a single dosa. Inspired from them i have tried q mini version of this which is going to be a sureshot hit in your party's live counters

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mutton kheema 200 gms
  2. Onion 1 finely chopped
  3. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  4. Green chilly 1
  5. Curry leaves few
  6. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  7. Grated coconut 1 tablespoon
  8. Cashews 3-4
  9. Pepper few
  10. Jeera 1/4 spoon
  11. Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
  12. cinnamon 1 inch
  13. Cloves 2
  14. Salt accordingly
  15. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  16. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  17. Oil 50 ml
  18. Eggs 2
  19. Dosa batter 3 cups

Instructions

  1. TAKE KHEEMA, EGGS,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,ONION ,TOMATO
  2. FOR GRINDING COCONUT,CASHEW,PEPPER,JEERA,SAUNF,CINNAMON,CLOVES,CURRY LEAVES,GREEN CHILLY
  3. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR GRINDING IN A BLENDER
  4. GRIND TO A SMOOTH PASTE
  5. ADD 20 ML OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER
  6. ADD THE KHEEMA AND SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD ONION
  8. GIVE A STIR
  9. ADD TOMATOES
  10. GIVE A STIR
  11. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER AND TURMERIC
  12. ADD SALT
  13. ADD THE GROUND PASTE
  14. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  15. STIR THEM WELL TOGETHER
  16. ADD LITTLE WATER FOR THE MASALA TO NOT GET BURNT
  17. COOK FOR 5-6 WHISTLES
  18. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO THE EGGS
  19. WHISK THEM WELL
  20. TO THIS CONSISTENCY
  21. ONCE THE PRESSURE IS RELEASED OPEN THE COOKER AND COOK THE MASALA TILL IT IS DRY
  22. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND STIR WELL
  23. IN A MINI DOSA PAN POUR DOSA BATTER FIRST
  24. TOP IT WITH WHISKED EGG
  25. ADD KHEEMA MASALA ON THE TOP
  26. DRIZZLE LITTLE OIL
  27. FLIP THEM OVER AFTER ONE SIDE IS COOKED WELL
  28. WHEN BOTH SIDES ARE COOKED WELL MINI KHEEMA DOSA IS READY FOR SERVING . SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR ANY GRAVY.IT WILL BE A HIT IN YOUR PARTY'S LIVE COUNTER
