Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chaps 6
  2. For marination
  3. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  6. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  8. 1 teaspoon corriander powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For maida slurry
  11. 2 table spoon maida
  12. 1 /4cup water
  13. 1 teaspoonOregano
  14. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  15. Sakt to taste
  16. 1 cup nutrila chunks
  17. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. BOIL 6 FROZEN SOYA CHAP
  2. KEEP ASIDE WHEN THEY TURN SOFT
  3. MARK WITH LONG SLIT
  4. SLIT ALL SOYA CHAP
  5. ADD 1/2TEASPOON TURMERIC IN 1 CUP OF CURD
  6. ADD 1 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
  7. ADD 1 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA
  8. ADD 1 TEASPOON CORRIANDER POWDER
  9. ADD SALT
  10. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,MIX TILL SMOOTH
  11. MARRINATE CHAAPS IN IT
  12. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES
  13. GRIND SOYA CHUNKS
  14. MAKE A COURSE POWDER
  15. MAKE A SMOOTH SLURRY WITH 2 TBSP FLOUR & 1/4CUP WARER
  16. ADD OREGANO, CHILLI FLAKES AND SALT
  17. MIX WELL
  18. DIP MARINATED CHAAPS IN THE SLURRY ,ROLL IN NUTRELA CRUMBS
  19. MAKE ALL SOYA CHAAPS
  20. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  21. FRY TILL GOLDEN AND CRISP
