Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cabbage -1/2 cup chopped
  2. Onion -2 cut in length 1 cut in cubes
  3. Capsicum -2 cut in length 1 cut in cubes
  4. Paneer -50gm cut in cubes
  5. Oragano -1/2teaspoon
  6. Tomato -2chopped
  7. Red chilly sauce -1tablespoons
  8. Tomato sauce -1tablespoons
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil-2tablespoons
  11. Pizza sauce -3tablespoons
  12. Pizza roti-3-4
  13. Mozzarella cheese- 1 cup grated

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add all length wise chopped veggies and saute till partially cook.
  3. Now add tomatoes add cook fr 2minute.
  4. Now add Orange and salt.
  5. Now add tomato and red chilly sauce and mix well.switch off the flam and keep aside.
  6. Apply pizza sauce on the top of pizza base.
  7. Spread veg.pizza topping.
  8. Place paneer,Capsicum, Onion cubes.
  9. Spread grated cheese.
  10. Now microwave it for 3 to 4 minutes.
