Ingredients to make Paneer Shimla Lababdaar with flavoured Kachori

  • For Paneer Shimla Lababdaar:
  • Paneer 5-6 cubes
  • Capsicum - 1/2
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Cashewnuts 4-5
  • Cloves 1-2
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Cinnamon - a small stick
  • Pepper powder - a pinch
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Shimla Lababdaar with flavoured Kachori

  1. Heat the oil in the pan. Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add sliced onions, cashew nut, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and fry till it gets brown.
  3. Add sliced tomato and fry.
  4. After frying the mixture,will cool it down. After cooling the mixture, grind it.
  5. Again heat the pan and pour the oil. Add the prepared mixture.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, black salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry.
  7. Add capsicum and cook it. Add paneer after cooking it.
  8. Serve with flavoured kachori.
My Tip: When you add paneer into the gravy then turn off the flame.
