Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha-1 cup socked
  2. Semolina- 1/2cup
  3. Gramflaur- 2tablespoons
  4. Curd-2cup
  5. Musterd seeds- 1teaspoon
  6. Asafoetida- 1pinch
  7. Ginger green chilly paste-2teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Fruit salt- 1 pack
  10. Oil 1 tablespoons
  11. Curry leaves '6-7
  12. Green chilly- 2 Chopped
  13. Sugar-1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take socked poha,gramflaur, Semolina in a bowl.
  2. Now add curd and mix well.let it rest for 15minuts.
  3. After 15 minutes add Salt,Fruit salt ,Ginger green chilly paste and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter in grease thali or tray and steam for 20 minutes.
  5. When its done remove from fire and keep aside for cool.
  6. Now heat oil in a tadka pan.
  7. Add musterd seeds splutter them.
  8. Now add asafoetida and curry leaves.
  9. Now add chopped green chilly and saute for a minute.
  10. Now add 1tablespoons of water now add sugar and give a boil.
  11. Now pour this tadka over to the dhokla.
