About Achari Aloo Recipe

A very quick recipe, when you have boiled potatoes only.

Achari Aloo

Ingredients to make Achari Aloo

  • Boiled potatoes big 3
  • Corriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Achari masala 1 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • clarified butter 2 tbsp

How to make Achari Aloo

  1. Roughly mash the potatoes.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add all masalas. Stir and mix in the potatoes.
  3. Mix well for about 5 minutes till well mixed.
  4. Sprinkle some kasuri methi.Turn off the flame .
  5. Serve after 30 minutes.
