This is a Sindhi breakfast dish made from leftover rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mustard seeds. 1 tbsp
  2. Green Chillies .. 2
  3. Turmeric powder .. 1/4 tsp
  4. Coriander powder .. 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt ... to taste
  6. Oil ... 2 tbsps
  7. Coriander leaves .. 2 tbsps
  8. leftover rotis 4

Instructions

  1. Ingredients
  2. Left over rotis
  3. Break them into small pieces
  4. Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they crackle tip in the roti pieces.
  5. Sauté and add 2 cups of water.
  6. Add turmeric and coriander powder.
  7. Add green chillies and salt. Stir to mix.
  8. Cover and let it simmer.
  9. When almost done add coriander leaves.
  10. Cook until it is thick and the rotis are soft.
