ABOUT Leftover Vermicelli Ravioli RECIPE

A healthy version of ravioli made up of leftover vermicelli which already consists of veggies. Coriander leaves are added to the flour in order to give it healthy as well as a colorful look. As the raviolis are boiled not fried so it even adds to the beneficial zone more.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour, 130grams
  2. Leftover Vermicelli, 1/2 bowl
  3. Coriander leaves, chopped, handful
  4. Cornflakes, 1/4 bowl
  5. Cheese, grated, 2tsp or to taste
  6. Green chilli, 1
  7. Red chilli powder, 1/4tsp
  8. Ajwain, 1/4tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 130GM ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,VERMICELLI,CORNFLAKES,CORIANDER LEAVES,CHILLI PWD,AJWAIN,SALT,CHEESE,CHILLI
  2. TAKE 130GRAM ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND ADD HANDFUL CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES TO IT
  3. ADD 1/4TSP AJWAIN,1/4TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  4. CHOP AND ADD THE GREEN CHILLI TO IT
  5. ADD WATER AND MAKE A SMOOTH SOFT DOUGH
  6. THE DOUGH IS READY
  7. COVER THE DOUGH AND KEEP ASIDE
  8. TAKE VERMICELLI IN A BOWL AND ADD 1/4 CUP CORNFLAKES TO IT AND GRATED CHEESE TO TASTE TO VERMICELLI
  9. MIX IT WELL
  10. NOW TAKE THE DOUGH AND ROLL IT FLAT NEITHER TOO THIN NOR TOO THICK
  11. IT IS DONE
  12. CUT THE CIRCLES OUT OF THE ROLLED DOUGH
  13. REMOVE THE EXTRA SIDE PORTIONS AND ROLL IT FLAT AGAIN TO TAKE OUT MORE CIRCULAR PIECES
  14. PUT THE VERMICELLI MIX ON IT
  15. TAKE OTHER PIECE AND COVER IT AND PRESS THE SIDES
  16. TAKE THE FORK AND MAKE THE DESIGN
  17. IT'S DONE SIMILARLY PREPARE REST OF THE PIECES
  18. TAKE WATER IN A DEEP VESSEL AND PUT TO HEAT AND ADD SALT AND LET IT BOIL AND THEN SIMMER
  19. REST PIECES ARE ALSO PREPARED IN MEANWHILE
  20. DROP THE PIECES IN WATER AND COOK
  21. THE RAVIOLI IS PREPARED PUT THEM IN A STRAINER SO THAT EXCESS WATER GETS REMOVED
