Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups melted ice cream (any flavor)
  2. 11/4 cup flour
  3. 1tsp baking powder
  4. Sprinklers / chocolate chips etc(optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180. Grease loaf pan
  2. Sieve dry ingredients. add melted ice cream. Mix well. If required you can add nuts, chocolate chips or sprinklers for additional taste
  3. Pour batter in loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until done
  4. Allow to cool completely. Cut and serve these
