ABOUT Brownie Butter cake RECIPE

Two in one Brownie Butter cake is one of the most eye catching,moist and delicious cake i ever had.. Here Thick choclatey brownie and delicious moist butter combine together.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Butter cake ----
  2. Flour or Maida - 1 cup
  3. Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
  4. Soft butter - 1/2 cup
  5. Powder sugar - 3/4 cup
  6. Egg - 2
  7. Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
  8. Milk - 3 1/2 tbsp or as required for making batter
  9. For Brownie- ----
  10. Dark chocolate- 1 cup , chopped
  11. Butter - 1/4 cup
  12. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  13. Egg - 1
  14. Flour or Maida- 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven on 200 c for 10 minutes .
  2. Then prepare cake loaf tin with butter paper or foil
  3. Take a Microsave bowl ,add chopped dark chocolate and butter and microwave it for 50 seconds or till melt..
  4. Then stir melted chocolate and butter till combine
  5. Then add sugar and mix well ..now add egg and whisk well till well combined
  6. Then add flour ..mix well with spatula to make thik brownie batter..
  7. Pour brownie batter into the cake tin.
  8. Keep cake tin in the preheated oven and bake it on 180 c for 15 minutes
  9. Within this 15 minutes we need to make Butter cake batter
  10. Now take a bowl add soft butter and sugar..whisk till fuffy .
  11. Then add eggs one by one ..whisk till creamy
  12. Then add vanilla essence and mix well
  13. Now add flour and baking powder  (pass through the sieve)..
  14. Now mix wet ingredients with dry  ingredients with spatula ..
  15. Add milk little by little to make semi thick batter
  16. After 15 minutes take out brownie from oven..
  17. Then immediately pour butter cake batter over the brownie..
  18. Put it into the oven and bake it on 180 c for 40 - 45 minutes..
  19. After 40 minutes insert a toothpick or knife into the cake if it comes out clean means its done, if not then bake it for few more minutes
