Known and Unknown

Ingredients to make Known and Unknown

  • chicken Sausages 6
  • chicken Salami slices 6
  • White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Crumbled cheese 2 tbsp
  • Figs cut very finely 2
  • Prunes cut very finely 2
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Freshly ground white pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
  • garlic powder 1/8 tsp

How to make Known and Unknown

  1. Boil sausages and salami in salted water and vinegar for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix cheese, prunes, fig, little salt and pepper together.
  3. Drain salami from water and keep in plate. Place some filling in the center, fold and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Drain sausages from water and fry in a pan drizzled with olive oil. Sprinkle paprika powder and garlic powder.
  5. Serve with salad or soup.
