Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soybean keema-1 cup
  2. Onion- 2 fine chopped
  3. Ginger garlic paste- 2teaspoon
  4. Oil-1tablespoons
  5. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  6. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cumin seeds- 1/2teaspoon
  9. Green chilly- 2 Chopped
  10. Garam masala- 1/4teaspoon
  11. For sheet-All purpose flour- 1 cup
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil-1tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Add the soybean keema in boiling water and boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water and squeeze it.
  2. Now take sheets ingredients in a bowl and make a tight dough. Let it rest for 5minuts.
  3. Now heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and splutter them.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
  5. Now add chopped onion and chopped green chilly and saute them till light brown in colour.
  6. Now add red chilly powder, turmaric powder, Salt,garam masala powder and mix well.
  7. Now add boil keema and mix well.
  8. Continue to cook till it's dry.
  9. Now switch off the flam and add let it cool.
  10. Now make small size ball with dough and roll them with rolling pin.
  11. Pour 2teaspoon of keema filling on the centre of sheet.roll it tightly.
  12. Seal the edges with cournflour paste.
  13. Now deep fry them till brown n crispy.
