Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Garlic/French Loaf
  2. Herbs 1 tsp
  3. Mozilla cheese 3 tbsp
  4. butter 2 tbsp
  5. Garlic Paste(Readymade from the market) 1/2 tbsp
  6. Olive's 2 tbsp
  7. Vegetables (Green/Res/Yellow bell pepper)(optional) 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a French/Garlic loaf on a flat surface.
  2. Cut the bread into pecies such that they are in a slanting position.
  3. Take a bowl and add 2 tbs butter and 1/2 tbs garlic paste and herbs.
  4. Mix them thoroughly.
  5. Apply the mixture on the bread pieces.
  6. Add vegetables if you wish. (optional)
  7. Great the Mozzarella cheese over the pieces.
  8. Bake for 10-12 min until the bread is a little crisp and the cheese is completely melted.
  9. Finally sprinkle some herbs
  10. Add Olive's (optional)
