ABOUT Stuffed Mushrooms RECIPE

Stuffed mushrooms is a dish prepared using mushrooms as its primary ingredient. Mushrooms marinated in curd, gramflour, breadcrumb and SPICES and the dish is typically baked or broiled. It can be served hot or at room temperature, and is sometimes served cold. The dish can have a meaty texture, and serves as an starter, side dish or snack.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 400gm large mushrooms (peeled and removed stem)
  2. For Stuffing:-
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms stem
  6. 1 chopped green chili
  7. 1/3 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. A pinch of turmeric powder
  11. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  12. 1 bread slice breadcrumbs
  13. 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  14. 2 grated cheese cube
  15. For Marination:-
  16. 3 tablespoons curd
  17. 1 tablespoon gramflour
  18. 1/3 teaspoon salt
  19. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  20. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  21. A pinch of turmeric powder
  22. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  23. 1 teaspoon mango powder
  24. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  25. 2 tablespoons +1 tablespoon cooking oil
  26. For Garnishing:-
  27. 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  28. 2 tablespoons grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil saute onion for minute on high flame. Add capsicum and mushrooms stem n saute for minute on low flame.
  2. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder, saute for minute on low flame.
  3. Add bread crumbs, coriander leaves and grated cheese keep mixing and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
  4. Marinate Mushrooms Add curd, gramflour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder coriander powder, mango powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Marinate mushrooms in it for 10minute
  5. Now feel stuffing in mushrooms n keep aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil on pan, first cook stuffed side on slow gas low flame for 5minutes. Flip n cook mushrooms for another 5minutes.
  6. Transfer it in plate n garnish grated cheese n coriander leaves.
  7. Serve as a starter, snack or side dish.
