Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 750g
  2. Flour 2 cup
  3. Green chillies chopped 1 tsp
  4. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  8. Khatae 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. BOIL 750 G OF POTATOES
  2. MASH THEM. ADD IN FRESH CORIANDER
  3. ADD IN 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD IN 1 TBSP FRESH GINGER
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  8. ADD 1 TBSP KHATAE
  9. TAKE 2 CUP FLOUR. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  10. ADD WATER AND KNEAD DOUGH
  11. MAKE BALLS OF POTATO MIXTURE
  12. MAKE BALLS OF DOUGH
  13. FILL POTATO MIXTURE IN BETWEEN
  14. CLOSE IT
  15. MAKE KACHORI
  16. ROLL
  17. DEEP FRY IN OIL
  18. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
