Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green moong-1cup( boil)
  2. Potato- 2 boil peel and chopped
  3. Onion- 2 fine chopped
  4. Tomato- 1 Chopped
  5. Green chilly- 2chopped
  6. Coriander for garnishing
  7. Lemon juice- 2teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilly powder- 1/4teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add green moong.
  2. Now add all veggies.
  3. Now add all spices and salt.
  4. Now add lemon juice and mix them nicely.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
