Ingredients to make Grilled veg chapli naan

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 1/2 hung curd
  • 1 carrot boiled and paste
  • 1/2 cup cabbage grated
  • oil for kneading dough
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • butter for cooking as required

How to make Grilled veg chapli naan

  1. In mixing bowl add in all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Now prepare a dough and keep it for 1 hour in a hot place.
  3. After a hour, make sandal shaped chapatis with the help of a plastic bag . First make chapati on a tawa, then transfer this chapati on a sandwich maker and grill it properly.
  4. While making chapati pour some butter over it .
  5. Your grilled chapati is ready to be eaten with a sweet and sour curd and pickle.
