ABOUT EGG MASALA CURRY RECIPE

Egg curry in shahi gravy is a flavourful indian dish that would be accompaniment for your main course in parties. Boiled Eggs in the dash of 4 different paste will generate irresistible aroma. This is best served with steamed rice, chapatti, or any variety of Indian bread.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbsp- oil
  2. 1 tsp - Green Paste(green chilly, garlic & ginger)
  3. 1tsp - Briwn Paste(Swallow Fried Onion)
  4. 1 big spoon- (White Paste) Cashew Paste
  5. 2 big spoon- Tomato Paste
  6. 1 tsp-red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/2 tsp kasturi methi
  9. 1 tsp - lemon juice
  10. 1/2tsp - Garam Masala
  11. 2 tsp- Cream
  12. 1 tsp - Butter
  13. 2 boiled eggs
  14. Secret Ingredient- Resham Patta Paste(1 Big spoon)

Instructions

  1. Boiled two eggs
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add Green Paste and saute it.
  3. Add brown paste, Cashew paste and cook for 2mins
  4. Add Resham patta paste(secret ingredient) and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Add Tomato Paste, cream, butter.
  6. Add red chilli powder, garam masala Coriander powder, katuri methi and cook for 5 to 7 mins.
  7. Cut the eggs into 2 part and then put in a gravy. Serve hot..
