Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cabbage- 1/2cup fine chopped or grated
  2. Capsicum- 2 fine chopped
  3. Carrot- 2 grated
  4. Boil potato- 3
  5. Onion- 2 fine chopped
  6. Ginger garlic paste- 1tablespoons
  7. Green chilly- 2 Chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Rice flour- 3tablespoons
  10. Bread crumbs- 1tablespoons
  11. Soya sauce- 2teaspoon
  12. Red chilly sauce- 2teaspoon
  13. Oil for fry
  14. Icecream sticks

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all above ingredients except oil and mix very well.
  2. Now make equal size small balls with mixture.
  3. Insert the icecream stick in each ball and slightly flatten with your palm.
  4. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Now remove from refrigerator.
  6. Now deep fry till brown and crispy..
