Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. 1 tin milkmaid
  2. 500 gms Paneer
  3. 2 tbsp dairy whitener
  4. 1 tsp cardamom pd
  5. Few sliced almonds to garnish

Instructions

  1. Crumble the paneer coarsely, mix the dairy whitener & milkmaid
  2. Cook the mixture in a heavy bottom pan
  3. Stir continuously on medium heat till it thickens & starts leaving the sides
  4. Off the flame & spread on a greased dish
  5. Sprinkle cardamom pd & almond slices
  6. Cool & cut in desired shapes
